Hereinafter, "Saasible". The website at saasible.es and its subdomains is referred to here as "the site".

2. Purpose and acceptance

The site exists to describe what Saasible does and to make it easy to get in touch. Access is free, requires no registration and implies acceptance of this legal notice as published at any given time. Anyone who does not agree with these terms should refrain from using the site.

3. Nature of the information published

The content of the site is informative and commercial in nature. It does not constitute a binding contractual offer or professional advice of any kind, and of itself creates no obligation for Saasible.

The features, scope, timescales, price and any other conditions of a service are set out exclusively in the contract, proposal or quote accepted in writing by both parties. In the event of any discrepancy, what has been agreed in writing prevails over any content on these pages, including service descriptions and answers to frequently asked questions.

Saasible may modify, update or remove the content, presentation and configuration of the site at any time and without prior notice.

4. Terms of use

Visitors undertake to use the site lawfully and, in particular, not to:

  • use it for unlawful purposes or in ways harmful to Saasible or to third parties, nor in any manner that could damage, overload, disable or impair the site or prevent its normal use;
  • introduce or spread malicious code, or attempt to access restricted areas, the systems of Saasible or third-party data;
  • systematically extract, reuse or reproduce the content, whether through automated crawling or bulk collection or in any other way that goes beyond normal use of the site.

Saasible may deny or withdraw access to the site, without prior notice, to anyone who breaches these terms.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the site — text, images, trade marks, logos, design, navigation structure and source code — belongs to Saasible or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Accessing the site grants no right or licence over any of it.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation or any other form of exploitation without the express written permission of Saasible is prohibited, except where the law allows otherwise.

Saasible expressly reserves the rights of reproduction and extraction of the content of this site for text and data mining purposes, under article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and the Spanish legislation transposing it. This reservation also covers the training of artificial intelligence systems.

The Manrope typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, whose terms are fully observed.

6. Availability and liability

Saasible aims to keep the information on the site accurate and current and the service running without interruption, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions, that the content will remain current, or uninterrupted availability, which may be suspended for maintenance, for technical reasons or for causes beyond its control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saasible accepts no liability for damage or loss of any kind — including loss of profit, loss of data and indirect or consequential damage — arising from access to the site or use of the information it contains, from its unavailability, or from viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties.

None of the above excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, nor does it affect the rights granted by consumer protection law to those who qualify as consumers.

The site may contain links to third-party pages. Saasible does not operate those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; a link implies no recommendation of, or relationship with, their owners.

Linking to this site from third-party pages does not authorise reproduction of its content or any suggestion of association with or approval by Saasible.

8. Data protection

How personal data provided when contacting the company is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of this legal notice.

9. Severability

If any clause of this legal notice is declared void or unenforceable, it will be treated as not written and will not affect the validity of the remainder, which stays fully applicable.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice and the use of the site are governed by Spanish law. Where the law so permits and the user does not qualify as a consumer, the parties expressly submit to the Courts of Donostia-San Sebastián, waiving any other jurisdiction. Users who qualify as consumers retain the jurisdiction granted to them by applicable law.
