Saasible

Software built for your business. You see it before you pay a thing.

We build the tool you need, you try it working with your own real cases, and only if it convinces you do you move on to a monthly fee. No upfront project. No five-figure invoices.

  • The prototype costs you nothing
  • Nothing to pay upfront
  • It adapts to you, not the other way round
Why this way

Until now there were only two roads, and both had a catch.

Either you bought off-the-shelf software and ended up adapting to it, or you commissioned a custom build and paid upfront without having seen anything working yet. We do the third one.

Off-the-shelf Custom, the way it has always been done Saasible
Fit with the way you work You do the adapting Complete Complete
What you pay to start Not much, but it includes what you never use The analysis and the build, upfront Nothing
When you see it working Right away Months later Before you pay
Changes later on Whatever the vendor decides A separate quote every time Part of the fee
Who takes the risk You You We do

We can work this way because we build far faster than is usual in this industry. We do not keep that margin in the price: we use it to take the risk off your shoulders.

How it works

Four steps, and you do not pay until the fourth.

  1. 01

You tell us how you work

A conversation, not a sixty-page questionnaire. What matters is how you do it today and what wastes your time.

  2. 02

    We build it

A tool designed around your case, with your words and your way of working. Not a template with your logo on top.

  3. 03

    You try it working

Real software, not pictures of screens: you log in, use it with your own cases and decide on solid ground. If it does not convince you, that is where it ends and you owe us nothing.

  4. 04

    You put it to work

From then on you pay a monthly fee for as long as you use it. And the tool keeps changing along with you.

What we build

Tools for the work you already do every day.

These are the most common requests. It is not a closed catalogue: if yours is not on the list, it is probably exactly the kind of job we are best at.

  • Booking and scheduling

Appointments, availability and automatic reminders, so empty slots fill themselves and nobody turns up on the wrong day.

  • Customers and follow-up

Records, history and notes in one place, instead of spread across a diary, a phone and your memory.

  • Passes, packages and regulars

Single sessions, ten-session passes, packages or memberships: seeing at a glance what each customer has left, without digging through a notebook.

  • Stock and materials

What you have, what you are missing and what each job consumed. No manual counts, no mid-week surprises.

  • Your business at a glance

The four numbers you actually look at, up to date, without building yourself a spreadsheet every month.

  • Shifts and staff hours

Who works which day, holidays and hours worked, without rebuilding the rota in a spreadsheet every week.

What's included

One fee, and everything is inside it.

  • Running and hosting

Keeping it available and fast is on us. You never touch a server.

  • Backups

Your data is copied automatically. If something breaks, it comes back.

  • Support from people

You ask someone who knows your tool because they built it, not a contact form.

  • Changes and improvements

Your business changes and the tool changes with it: day-to-day adjustments are included, without a new quote for each one.

  • Security kept current

Updates and monitoring, without you having to remember any of it.

  • From anywhere

It runs in the browser, on desktop and on mobile. Nothing to install.

So what does it cost?

It depends on what the tool has to do and how many people will use it, so we do not publish a price here that would not match your case anyway. What does not change: nothing to pay upfront, and you will know the exact amount, in writing, before you start using it.

Questions

What everyone asks us.

Is the prototype really free?

Really. We build a first working version and you try it. If it does not fit, that is where it ends: no invoice, no commitment.

How long does it take?

Far less than is normal in this industry: we count in days, not months. As soon as we know what you need, we give you a firm date.

How much is the monthly fee?

It depends on what the tool does and how many people use it. We tell you in writing before it goes live, and there is nothing to pay upfront.

Is there a minimum term?

No. You pay month by month and can cancel whenever you like: the service keeps running until the month you have already paid for ends.

Who owns my data?

You do. If you cancel and ask us for it, we hand it over; we only need the request in writing so we can be sure it comes from you.

What if I miss a payment?

The first thing we do is talk to you: a bounced payment happens to anyone, so we get in touch and allow a reasonable window to sort it out. If that time passes with no agreement and no reply, the service stops.

Would off-the-shelf software not be cheaper?

On the monthly line, sometimes. In practice, off-the-shelf software makes you change how you work, pay for parts you never use and patch the gaps with spreadsheets. That costs money and time too, it just never shows up on an invoice.

What if my business changes in a year?

The tool changes with it: day-to-day adjustments are part of the fee, and that is the difference between something built for you and something you bought ready-made. If at some point you need a substantial new feature, we talk it through first so you know where you stand.

Is there anything to install?

No. It opens in the browser, works the same on desktop and mobile, and keeping it available is our job.

Where are you based?

In Donostia-San Sebastián, in the Basque Country. We work with clients wherever they are: almost everything is done remotely and, when meeting in person helps, we meet.
