2. This website collects nothing on its own

The site is a set of static pages: it has no forms, sets no cookies, uses no analytics, measurement or advertising tools, and builds no profile of its visitors. The typeface is served from this same domain, so browsing generates no requests to third-party servers.

The hosting provider does log technical connection data — such as the IP address, the date and time and the page requested — in order to deliver the service, keep it secure and detect incidents. The legal basis for that processing is the controller's legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR) in keeping the site running and protected.

3. Data processed when you write to us

If you get in touch by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we process whatever you choose to provide: usually your name, the contact details you write from and the content of your message, including anything you tell us about your business or activity.

Purpose
To answer your enquiry, maintain the conversation and, where appropriate, prepare and discuss a proposal of services.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR) and, where the contact does not lead to a contractual relationship, the consent expressed by contacting us (article 6.1.a).
Retention period
For as long as the communication lasts and, if a contractual relationship begins, for as long as it continues and for the limitation periods of any applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations. Once those periods expire, the data is deleted or duly blocked.

Providing this data is not compulsory, but without it we cannot answer the enquiry or keep the conversation going.

4. Accuracy and third-party data

Whoever writes to us is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data they provide and undertakes to inform us of any change. If the message includes data about other people, the sender declares that they have their consent or another lawful basis for passing it on, and is responsible for having informed them of this processing beforehand.

Please do not include special categories of data in these messages (health, beliefs, trade union membership, biometric data and the like) or access credentials to any system: none of that is needed to answer a commercial enquiry.

5. Recipients

Data is not passed to third parties for their own purposes, and no disclosures are made beyond those necessary to deliver the service or required by a legal obligation. The technology providers that make the communication possible are involved, acting either as processors or as independent controllers depending on the case:

  • the corporate email provider;
  • the hosting provider for this website;
  • WhatsApp and Telegram, if you choose those channels. They are third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to the conversation alongside this one and over which Saasible has no control. If you would rather not use them, you can write to us by email.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, normally an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.

6. Security

Saasible applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data against destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed. That said, no communication system is entirely infallible, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed, particularly on the third-party channels mentioned above.

7. Minors

The site and the services of Saasible are aimed at professionals and businesses, not at children under fourteen. If we find that we have received data from a minor without the corresponding authorisation, we will delete it.

8. Automated decision-making

No automated decisions are taken and no profiling with legal or similarly significant effects is carried out.

9. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by writing to desarrollo@saasible.es, stating which right you are exercising. We may ask you to prove your identity where there is reasonable doubt as to who is making the request. Requests are answered within one month, extendable in accordance with article 12 GDPR.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

10. Changes to this policy

If the site ever adds forms, analytics or any other processing, this policy will be updated before that happens, showing the new revision date. The version that applies is the one published on this page at any given time. You can also read the legal notice.
